The winery

Then starts the slow fermentation to extract flavours and valuable substances from the skins. After being pressed the wine continues the fermentation without skins and remains in steel tanks until it is bottled.

Our wine is not filtred. Sediments in the bottles are composed of healthy substances of the plant such as antioxidants, for example resveratrol and quercetin.
